Welcome to the SKV School Dibrugarh mobile application (“App”). By accessing or using this App, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

This App is provided by KB QUBE on behalf of Sampoorna Kendra Vidyalaya (SKV) School, Dibrugarh (“School”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

2. Description of Service

The SKV School Dibrugarh App provides parents and guardians with access to their child’s educational information and school-related services, including but not limited to:

• Student dashboard with academic overview
• School calendar and event notifications
• Syllabus and curriculum information
• Attendance records and tracking
• Homework assignments and submissions
• School announcements and notifications
• Student profile and activity updates

3. Eligibility and Account Access

3.1 Authorized Users

This App is intended for use by parents and legal guardians of students enrolled at SKV School, Dibrugarh. User accounts are created and managed exclusively by the school administration.

3.2 Account Credentials

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying the school immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Ensuring you log out from shared devices

3.3 Account Termination

Your access to the App is tied to your child’s enrollment at SKV School. Your account may be deactivated when your child is no longer enrolled or upon request.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree NOT to:

• Use the App in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the App or related systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the App’s functionality or servers
• Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any harmful code
• Share your account credentials with unauthorized third parties
• Use the App to harass, abuse, or harm another person
• Impersonate another user or provide false information
• Scrape, copy, or download content without authorization

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SKV School, KB QUBE, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising out of or related to your use of the App.

10. Educational Record Accuracy

While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information, the App is intended as a supplementary tool. Official academic records are maintained separately by the school. In case of any discrepancy, the school’s official records shall prevail.

11. Notifications and Communications

By using the App, you consent to receive push notifications, emails, and other electronic communications from the school regarding your child’s education, school events, and App updates. You may opt out of certain non-essential communications through the App settings.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms in the App and updating the “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.

• Your child’s unenrollment from SKV School
• Request from school administration

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Dibrugarh, Assam, India.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and SKV School regarding the use of the App and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
